Reviewing your hosting packages in the client portal

Your client portal lists the hosting services associated with the selected customer account. Use each service’s details to review its package, status and billing information.

1. Open your services

  1. Sign in to the Rhino Hosting Client Area.
  2. Choose Services > My Services.
  3. Review the Product/Service, Pricing, Next Due Date and Status columns.
  4. Use the status filters or search box to find the required service.
  5. Click its row to open Product Details. Clicking the domain link itself may open the website instead.

2. Review the package and status

The Information view shows the package and domain, usage information when available, and the service status. The populated example checked for this guide was Pending and explicitly stated that the hosting account could not be used until activation.

Do not interpret a visible login button or an empty usage chart as proof that a pending account is ready. Contact support if the status does not match what you expect. A pending account’s displayed usage limits are not a substitute for your purchased package specification.

3. Review Billing Overview

Check the First Payment Amount, Recurring Amount, Billing Cycle, Payment Method, Registration Date and Next Due Date. An unpaid-invoice notice may include a Pay Invoice link. Follow the invoice payment guide if payment is due.

4. Use the available service actions

The inspected service displayed Log in to cPanel, Log in to Webmail, Change Password, Upgrade/Downgrade and Upgrade/Downgrade Options. Availability and successful access depend on the service, its status and your permissions.

  • Use cPanel for hosting administration and Webmail for browser-based email where those services are active.
  • Review any price or billing changes before confirming an upgrade or downgrade.
  • A service password is separate from your client-portal login password. Use the client-portal password guide to change the latter.
  • If you need cancellation or an action that is not shown, contact support. Do not assume every service has a cancellation button.

For assistance, contact Rhino Hosting Support with the affected service and the issue. Never send passwords.
