How Can We Help?
How to pay invoices in the client portal
Use the client portal to review an invoice and choose an available payment method. Check the invoice number, items, amount and due date before paying.
1. Open your invoices
- Sign in to the Rhino Hosting Client Area.
- Open Billing > My Invoices.
- Use the Unpaid status filter if needed. The list shows Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Total and Status.
- Click the relevant invoice row to open it. Confirm that it is the invoice you intend to pay.
2. Review the invoice
The invoice displays its status, due date, billed items, tax, credits, total and outstanding balance. Review the Invoiced To details and any related transactions. Contact support if the amount or billing details are incorrect before making payment.
3. Choose an available payment method
Use the Payment Method selector. The inspected unpaid invoice offered Pay with PayFast and Bank Transfer. Follow the options on your own invoice, as availability may vary.
Bank Transfer
- Read the bank details and payment instructions displayed on your current invoice. Do not rely on bank details copied from an old guide.
- Use the invoice number as the payment reference, as instructed on the invoice.
- Send proof of payment to the accounts email address shown on the invoice.
- Allow the payment to be reconciled. The inspected invoice states that activation on receipt of proof of payment takes place during office hours; payment or emailed proof alone does not demonstrate that activation is complete.
Pay with PayFast
Select Pay with PayFast and follow the payment instructions presented for that invoice. Check the merchant, amount and invoice reference before authorising payment. Enter payment details only on the secure payment flow, never in a support ticket or email. The provider’s final payment screens are outside this guide’s verified scope.
4. Check the outcome
- Return to Billing > My Invoices after payment.
- Open the invoice and check its status and balance. Bank transfers may require manual reconciliation.
- If payment was debited but the invoice remains unpaid, contact support with the invoice number and payment reference before attempting another payment.
Use Print or Download on the invoice to keep a copy. For help, contact Rhino Hosting Support; never include card details or passwords.
